 BE /B.Tech Admission 2020 -21 Self-Verification and Seat Acceptance Process

1) Upload CVC/TVC, NCL & EWS Certificate (Seat Allotted / Not Allotted Candidate) –
Candidate who has uploaded receipt (CVC/TVC, NCL & EWS), has given available link in
their individual login to upload CVC/TVC, NCL & EWS Certificate till 16th Jan 2021 without
fail to get the category benefit. Candidate who do not have available CVC/TVC, NCL & EWS
Certificate can select option “Convert to Open“ to change their Open Category. If Candidate do
not upload CVC/TVC, NCL & EWS Certificate in such case System will convert from Category
to Open Category.

2) E-Verification of CVC/TVC NCL & EWS Certificate (Seat Allotted / Not Allotted Candidate) -
Candidate who has uploaded their CVC/TVC, NCL & EWS Certificate till 16th Jan 2021, e-SC
will receive those uploaded document. e-SC will do the scrutiny of CVC/TCL, NCL & EWS
Certificate and verified accordingly, If e-SC found Correct Document than Candidate will get
the next process for Self -Verification and Seat Acceptance. If e-SC found any discrepancy
(Allotted or Not Allotted Candidate) than allotted Candidate’s allotment get cancelled
and candidate will allow for only self-verification.

3) Self-Verification (Seat Allotted / Not Allotted Candidate) –

If there are errors in the application of the candidate and seats have been allotted to such
candidates, the candidates are provided with the facility of self-verification & Seat Acceptance
Process from his login. If Candidates found any Wrong Details / Discrepancy in the self-
verification, then the application Discrepancy of such candidates will go to the concerned e-
Scrutiny Center for Auto Grievance. If the facility is found to be erroneous (Allotted
Candidate) by the facility center, the allotment of seats to such candidates in the respective
round is cancelled and the concerned candidates are eligible in the next admission round
on the basis of other Available filled information.

4) Candidate Self- Verification Found Discrepancy (Auto Grievance)-

A. Low Marks Discrepancy –
If Candidate has mark discrepancy as obtained Marks is Less than Marks is displaying in
Application form, in such case e-SC will mark "Select Request Status" as "YES" by referring
view Document (Mark Sheet) in the Screen and such candidate's allotment will be cancelled
and candidates will eligible for next round. If e-SC do not found any Discrepancy between
available Marks and View document (Mark Sheet) in such cases e-SC will mark "Select Request
Status" as "NO" and such candidate's allow to proceed next step of Seat Acceptance.

B. High Marks Discrepancy -

If Candidate has mark discrepancy as obtained Marks is High than Marks is displaying in
Application form, in such case even e-SC will mark "Select Request Status" as "YES" OR "NO"
by referring view Document (Mark Sheet) in the Screen and such candidate's allow to
proceed next step of Seat Acceptance.

C. Category Discrepancy –
If Candidate has mark discrepancy for Category, System will auto convert Category to
Open and in such case e-SC will mark "Select Request Status" as "YES" by referring view
Document in the Screen and such candidate's allotment will Be Cancelled and candidate
will eligible for next round on the Open Category. If e-SC do not found any Discrepancy
between available Category and View document, System will consider existing confirmed
Category and in such cases e-SC will mark "Select Request Status" as "NO" and such
candidate's allow to proceed next step of Seat Acceptance.

D. Special Reservation Discrepancy –

If Candidate has mark discrepancy for Special Reservation (PWD, Defence, Orphan,
Minority), System will auto convert Special Reservation to Not Applicable and in such case e-
SC will mark "Select Request Status" as "YES" by referring view Document in the Screen and
such candidate's allotment will be cancelled and candidate will eligible for next round on
the basis of available information. If e-SC do not found any Discrepancy between available
Special Reservation and View document, System will consider existing confirmed Special
Reservation and in such cases e-SC will mark "Select Request Status" as "NO" and such
candidate's allow to proceed next step of Seat Acceptance.

E. Gender Discrepancy –
If Candidate has mark Gender discrepancy, System will auto convert (Male to Female,
Female to Male) is displaying in System, in such case e-SC will mark "Select Request Status"
as "YES" by referring view Document & Photo in the Screen and such candidate's allotment
will be cancel and candidate will eligible for next round. If e-SC do not found any
Discrepancy between available Gender and View document & Photo in such cases e-SC will
mark "Select Request Status" as "NO" and such candidate allow to proceed next step of
Seat Acceptance.

5) Candidate Self- Verification Not Found Discrepancy–

Candidate who has uploaded all documents during at the time of Registration, such
candidate will allow to do Self Verification and Seat Acceptance Process.

6) Institute Level - Found Discrepancy –

Candidate who has completed Self verification and Seat Acceptance without raising any
discrepancy, but Found Discrepancy in Institute reporting in such case Institute will Use
“Reset Self-Verification Link” and Mark Remark. Such Candidate’s allotment will be
cancelled and reset for their Self Verification again and mark the self-discrepancy. The
application Discrepancy of such candidates will go to the concerned e-Scrutiny Center for Auto
Grievance. Candidates are eligible in the next admission round on the basis of other
Available filled information.
