All Consultants & Contractor To Check All The Application, Cert & Clearance To Be Same Project Title As In BCA BP01 Approval
Letter
Items Required for Partial TOP (Extraction from Phase Completion Schedule)
Requirements to Temporary Occupation Permit("TOP") Ready Inspection. A minimum of twelve (12) weeks before respective completion of each phase, the following
arising out of and/or in connection with Phase Completion shall be achieved/submitted by the contractor (and/or his sub-contractors) to enable the Employer to make
Temporary Occupation Permit ("TOP") application to the Building Control Authority ("BCA") for approval:
1. All Registered Inspector's (RI) (Architectural and M&E) inspections completed and RI certificates obtained and submitted to the Employer.
2. All clearances and/or certificates of any required government technical department and authorities obtained (e.g. CBPU clearance, NEA/Pollution Control's
clearance, Fire Certificates and the like) and submitted to the Employer.
3. All submissions of any as-built drawings and calculations required by any authorities and correspondence for clearances (if required) obtained and subm itted to
the authorities
4. All test certificates, Qualified Persons (QP) certificates, authorities' approval letters, label/marks and the like for material used and works installed obtained and
submitted to the Employer.

6. All required Certificate of Supervision by the Contractor's and his Sub-Contractors' Qualified Persons (QP) for their construction and installation works submitted
to the Employer.
7. All M&E Installations to be inspected and completed to enable Employer's QP to issue the required Certificate of Supervision.
8. All escape staircases and access routes to be cleaned and clear of any debris and obstacles.
9. All public utilities connected and turned on, including power, water, sewer and telecommunication, SCV. All public utility accounts opened on behalf of the
Employer.
11. Any other works and components in the phase arising out and or in connection with the provision of the contract documents in a respect regardless of the cost.
12. All other compliances, works and materials arising out of and or in connection with any law, regulation or by law including but without limitation to any directions or
stipulation of the Authority relating to the affecting phase completion of the works.
F) Qualified Person to confirm that the materials used on the exterior of buildings meet the

G) Submit a copy of Cable Vision Certificates of Cable-readiness, and Certificate of Fibre Readiness. CPG / QJ
H) The AMSL of the as-built height of the building comply with the requirement laid down in the planning conditions by URA & DSTA; Declaration Letter. : QJ
I) A TOP/ CSC clearances issued by Fire Safety & Shelter Department (FSSD)
- RI Inspection: QJ / CPG / ADDP
M) BP clearances for this TOP application issued by National Parks Board (NPB): ADDP
O) Green Mark
- As-built GM score (forms BPD_GM02 +BPD_GM02_Appendix 1) generated via GM e-Filing System
- QP(BP), PE(mech engineer) and PE(electrical engineer), all parties to e-sign and submit via corenet/TOP portal before making an application for TOP or CSC (if TOP
is not applied for). : ADDP / CPG
P) Escape Plan to be mounted on wall of show units (To reflect clearly the show units, emergency escape route, emergency gathering area, etc.: QJ
Some of the criterias for grant of Partial TOP by BCA for showflat units at construction block include followings:-
1) No more cranes at the block of in-situ show units and any adjacent block/s that are within the collapse zone of show unit block ;
2) The superstructure at roof must be completed with no more critical rooftop and external facade structural, m&e and finishing work, such as window installation,
external plastering, water tank etc.. at the block of show units;
3) Safe access from external to showflat units for showflat visitors and temporary parking lots ;
