Permission to use your equipment .

Dear Sir/Ma’am:

Warm greetings!
The Chieko Camp Centre will be conducting its annual camp meeting this 22nd to the 28th day of August this year. The
core purpose of holding this event is to further spread the “I WILL GO” message which has been this year’s theme mes-
sage. As we all know, to reach the majority of this current generation, we need to broadcast this message and air this
event online. We also need to present this message with a lot of clarity to all attending in person.

It is in line with this that I, communication secretary of Chieko Camp Centre, is asking from your good office to allow us
borrow one of your cameras and your projector on the 22nd to 27th day of August 2021. The aid of your equipment will
help us successfully spread the message and help prepare everyone for Christ’s imminent advent.

It is my strong belief that your permission to use the said equipment will constitute prosperity in spreading the gospel
to this generation which is our aim as the Seventh-day Adventist fraternity. Adequate assurance is given that we will
exercise diligence of a good father of a family to maintain their condition free from any damages and even service your
projector to a better state at our own cost.
