STEAM-ED Lab Setup Schedule

Workbench Projects Innovation Foundation is committed to setup the Maker Lab facilities at
RBANMS Educational Charities at the specified location provided by the school as per the
following schedule post the release of the advance amount:

Room dimensions: 12 x 12 x 10 ft (approx)

Setup Schedule

RFQ for STEAM-ED Lab (Electronics, Biology, Carpentry) - Day 1 of payment release

Finalization of all items and tools for the lab - Day 7

Delivery and transportation of all items - Day 10 to Day 13

Lab setup and arrangement - Day 15 to Day 17

Collateral printing (posters, charts, manuals) - Day 18 to Day 20

Setup of school committee - TBD

Train the trainer program schedule - TBD

Final handover of the Lab - TBD

Total time: 30 Days +/- 15 days (excluding covid related working situation and unforeseen
delays) - Total 45 days

Note:
● The training schedule will be started post the state Governments ruling on when schools
may be allowed to open
● The training program will be held for 16 hours per week for upto 4 weeks in selected
curriculum (Carpentry, Bio, Electronics)
● Maximum of 30 teachers to be selected by RBANMS administration for training
● Workbench Projects will suggest 1 preferred trainer from our community to be sole point
of contact for all Lab enquiries (approval by RBANMS Administration
● Workbench Projects will hand hold and transfer all operations to the selected person or
trainer mutually chosen and versed with all curriculum options

Out of Scope Tasks for Workbench Projects

● Any additional effort apart from any of the above said exercises.
● Electrical connections and lighting to be provided by RBANMS
● Approved Tables, chair, shelves and racks to be provided by RBANMS
● Protection against pests (rats, birds, and mosquitos) to be provided by RBANMS
● Monthly Payroll for the Preferred trainer appointed by RBANMS for management and
operations of the lab
● Any delays due to Covid, central and state government rulings.
● Equipment / Tools / Machines procurement outside of this agreement will be discussed
for the next phase (if applicable and on need basis)
● All regulatory and statutory registrations, licenses and expenses to run the lab.
● Any liability due to damages to property or persons involved during the time of the
engagement.
