• Try and reach a consensus

Who • Participants: 8-10 students

• Moderators: 2-3

Duration • 2-3 minutes for thinking

• 15-20 minutes for discussion

• Think about the topic, make notes/write points

• Analyze the scope and implications
• Give directions to the discussion
• Constructive contribution
• Give others a chance to speak and listen
• Keep track of time
• Assertive, not aggressive
• Be polite, friendly and sincere
• Do not dominate or monopolize the GD
• Do not make irritating Gestures
• Do not move your legs, play with your pen
• Do not argue
• Do not shout
• Do not interrupt
