SMART IRRIGATION SYSTEM TO IRRIGATE, FERTILIZE AND

PLOUGH THE SOIL

ABSTRACT:

Innovation in agriculture field is very low. Farmers have to do work in hard way. So the theme of

this model is to do all the farmers work without his intervention. The main problem of farmers is

that they have to water, fertilize, and plough a large amount of land. Though tractors, irrigation

techniques, and small machines have been introduced, still there is no invention to revolutionize

the agriculture. This model provides a model which combines all the above problems of a

farmer. A farmer do not know how to use a mobile app or monitoring device, so this model

automatically detects where the water is needed in place and water just the right amount water,

not a drop more or less. This greatly reduces the burden of farmers. This model also uses the

correct amount of fertilizers to plants. Hence the method of spraying them for acres and acres of

land is removed. Using tractors for a small field is impossible. This makes people having

backyard garden, plants unable to plough. Hence a small ploughing shaft which ploughs the land

through which it is moving. Hence all the problems of a farmer are gone with a single robot

which deals with all the problems of the farmer.
