In line with the DepEd Order 24, s. 2008 known as the Institutionalization of the Brigada Eskwela
Program or the National Schools Maintenance Week (NSMW), the undersigned, on behalf of Gamut
National High School, is humbly asking your participation in the said program.
The program starts on May 18 and ends on May 23, 2020. If you are willing to be a part of it, you may
come to the school on or in between the dates mentioned when you are available to volunteer. Please
inform us ahead on the numbers of volunteers in your deparment so we can arrange it align with the AITF
health protocol. You may contact this number ________________.
Among the activities that will help beautify the school and make it ready for the next school year during
the program are:
 cleaning of the school grounds
 painting of school walls
 cleaning of classrooms and office
 pruning/trimming of trees around the school
 watering of plants
 sorting papers and garbages
 fixing of garbage disposal
 renovating broken school ceilings
 repair of dilapidated chairs
 varnishing students’ chairs and tables
 repair of a makeshift building

It is also humbly proposed that we specifically need cleaning materials, paint, garden tools, ornamental
plants, and plastic chicken wire. You may bring any of the tools and materials mentioned.

This will surely benefit not just the school community but also the community that our school envisions to
shape. Your help will surely make a difference and will be appreciated.

Greetings!
Gamut National High School is an institution that promotes quality education and instills moral values to
its students.
And as we want to make sure that our students get the best education and stay in an environment that is
conducive to learning, we are now preparing for the BRIGADA ESKWELA, a proposed program by the
Department of Education that will surely help us accomplish our mission.
The said program will last from August 3 to September 3, 2021
In line with this, we are humbly knocking at your kind heart to send us help through sending us monetary
or kind donations which will be used to repair and improve our classrooms and other school facilities.
These donations will be also helping our learners ready for the opening of classes safe and comfortable.
We hope that you take this opportunity to support this program, as your donation will do so much for our
