The dilemma of higher education

In this regard I think that education is essential to occupy a position, but I

consider that the experience is much more important, since at present the
universities are dedicated to the theoretical part and not to the practice, so it
must be important to analyze these two factors to make a person suitable for a
position.

If we look at it from the point of view of our country, this theory does not apply
since here the studies that a person to obtain a little, will leave aside a little
experience and the human factor, now in the first that is requested at the time of
employment is to be prof Career and added to it some higher education.

For me, qualifications are important, but I think it is more worth the effort that a
person makes to obtain a qualification as such, the effort that he places in each
of his actions so that in the end a result is seen, in this way it is important
evaluate us in all aspects.

As for my career, the grades are very important to achieve graduation, but
behind it you must assess the effort made to achieve a score, this is the case of
this course, I must pass it with a stipulated limit to finish the specialization that I
find myself performing.
