1. This application form duly completed and accompanied by a PAY ORDER of Rs. 2000/- for external candidates and Rs. 1400/- for
K.U. teachers only) drawn in favour of the University of Karachi should reach the Registrar, University of Karachi, Karachi-75270 not
later than the due date. Persons already in Government, Semi-Government or autonomous employment in Pakistan should submit their
applications through proper channel.
2. Incomplete application will be liable to summary rejection.
3. Copies of certificates, testimonials and other documents etc. attested by an officer of B-17 or above or the Registrar of any University
or Principal of a College should be submitted with the application.
4. Original / Photostat copies / reprints of publications / book should be attached with the application form.
5. Canvassing in any form or suppression of any material fact will disqualify the applicant.
6. Candidate will have to appear for interview at their own cost and without any obligation to the University.
7. A non-official candidate must produce his/her certificate from the principal of the institution last attended and also certificates
from two responsible persons not being his/her relatives, who are well-acquainted with his/her career.
8. Additional sheets may be used, if necessary.
