 To prepare a 50% citric acid solution, add 10 g of citric acid in 10 g of water.
 To prepare a 50% sodium hydroxide solution, add 10 g of sodium hydroxide in 10 g of water.
 Citric Acid decreases the pH value.
 Sodium hydroxide increases the pH value.
