 ANNEXURE – II: General Terms & Conditions

1. Price Basis Our basic prices are Ex-Works.

2. Taxes Extra @ 18% as per current applicable rates. If any other levies by Govt. or any statutory variation in
taxes at the time of Delivery, same shall be applicable and will be to your account.
3. Freight Inclusive F. O. R. Jaipur, Rajasthan destination basis.
4. Offer Validity Our quoted prices are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of this offer, and, thereafter, subject to
our confirmations.
The terms of payment are as follows :-
i) 30% as an advance along with confirm order and balance,
5. Terms of Payments: ii) 70% Towards PI submission prior to dispatch to site.

6. Delivery Period Delivery period shall be 3 to 4 Weeks’ time from the date of receipt of payment on First Come First
Serve basis.
All equipment supplied by us shall carry Original Equipment Manufacturer’s Warranty terms.
Our warranties are not valid for any mishandling, abused wear and tear, sabotage/force majeure
7. Warranty: conditions.
The offered Engine & Alternator is warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of dispatch
OR 5000 Hrs. of operation whichever is earlier against any manufacturing defect/defective
materials only
The warranty will not cover the normal wear and tear or damages caused by accident, wrong
handling and improper maintenance.
This warranty will not cover damages caused due to lightning, over voltage & normal wear & tear as
the same will be covered under the Fire & Allied insurance policy to be taken by the Client.
Force Majeure is herein defined as any cause which is beyond the control of the Contractor or the
Owner as the case may be, which they could not foresee or with a reasonable amount of diligence
8. Force Meajure could not have foreseen and which substantially affect the performance of the Contract, such as:
a). Natural Phenomena, including but not limited to floods, droughts, earthquakes and epidemics;
b). Acts of any Government, domestic or foreign, including but not limited to war, declared or
undeclared, priorities, guarantees, and embargoes;
c). Third party actions which prevent the Contractor from the performance of his obligation under the
Contract.
9. Effective Date of Effective Date shall the date of receipt of advance payment along with Confirmed Order.
Order:
10. Order Cancellation In Case of Cancellation of order, 50% advance or 10 % value of Order (whichever is higher) shall be

11. Owner/Client Scope Site Development activities including but not limited to drainage, fencing, support Infrastructure/civil
of Works: work, and fire protection equipment.
Earthings & Power Evacuation & Control cablings for GENSET to Supply Panel & outlet onwards.

Unloading, Lifting & shifting arrangement of equipment to their respective installation location and
installations of same.
