Course Objectives The objectives of this course are to:
1. Prepare students for proper use of lab equipment and elementary electric
components in the design and analysis of electric systems.
2. Verify basic circuit laws, Thevenin’s and Norton’s theorem, maximum power
transfer conditions.

Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:
1. Analyze electric circuits with computer simulation programs (SPICE).
2. Describe an experimental procedure involving circuits with passive elements.
3. Interpret experimental measurements involving circuits with R, L and C
elements.
4. Apply laws and theorem for analysis of electric circuits.
