Teaching Learning Activities

Activity 1
a. I was at a point in life where I had no interest in things because of the pandemic.
b. I like everything about myself and body except for being lazy and underweight.
c. I think exercising regularly can improve your body and mind as well.
d. The thing that I want to change about myself is being a procrastinator because I hate
puts off doing things.
e. Willingness to change myself into a better one.

g. Yes, I tried to exercise regularly but I failed with it.

Activity 2
The goal I want to achieve is to gain weight and become a totally fit individual. I'm tired
of being skinny. I want to change my lifestyle and my physical body as well. In order to
do that I need to engage myself into intense training or exercises that can help me to
achieve what I want. Engaging into a physical activity can help me to strengthen not only
my body but my mind as well, it can also boost my self-esteem. If we plan on getting fit
and healthy we must first be discipline on what we eats, calorie intake must be balance,
always be physically active, a routine exercise like daily morning walk or jogging for
30-90 minutes and Various outdoor games in weekend like basketball, badminton,
volleyball, etc keeps our body fit. Regular exercise maintains our body shape. Being
physically and mentally fit can help us to do things better, make a better outcome, and
remove all negative emotions that we have.
