Psychodynamic Theories- is an approach to psychology that emphasizes systematic study of


the psychological forces that underlie human behavior, feelings, and emotions and how they
might relate to early experience.

the Renaissance, this approach emphasizes individuals' inherent drive towards self-
actualization, the process of realizing and expressing one's own capabilities and creativity.

Dispositional Theories-trait theory (also called dispositional theory) is an approach to the


study of human personality. Trait theorists are primarily interested in the measurement
of traits, which can be defined as habitual patterns of behavior, thought, and emotion.[1]
