Any school in public schools cannot definitely stand alone without seeking help
from its stakeholders. They always work hand-in-hand for the betterment of the
Rationale school. GPTA has always been a huge help to the school. MOA signing
between parties is also a crucial part as this agreement intended to establish
harmonious and share responsibilities for the benefit of the school.
The objective of the activity are the following:
 Monitor the progress of the “TAGBO”
Objectives  Plans and Projects for SY 2017-2018
 Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the GPTA and the
school.
Activity Design Date: June 19, 2017
Time: 3:00-4:00 pm
Venue: Principal’s Office, Esperanza ES
Part I- Short Program

1. Opening Prayer - Joy Gonzales

2. Salute to the Flag - Overture
3. Message - Elisa P. Payot
4. Checking of Attendance

Part II – Meeting Proper

 Informing the stakeholders of the status of TAGBO
 Thanking the supportive parents who joined the TAGBO
  Asking about plans for SY 2017-2018
 Discussing parties mutual responsibilities.
 MOA signing between GPTA and school

It was a satisfying meeting for both parties as they have pledged their

allegiance and full support to the school thru MOA signing. Their objectives

were met.
