Km19.000 for an amount of Rs.1,29,97,250/- Sanctioned- Orders – Issued.

ORDER:

In the reference read above, the Chief Engineer, North Coast while explaining
the circumstances requested the Government to issue necessary permission to the
present agency i.e., M/s Sri Sai Lakshmi Constructions & Co, Vijayawada for
carrying out controlled blasting in the paid but left over reaches from Km. 18.387 to
Km.18.500 and from Km.18.750 to Km.19.00 in the FFC along with financial
implication of Rs. 1,29,97,250/- at the earliest so as to complete the balance work.

2. Government after careful examination, hereby permit the Chief Engineer,

North Coast to permit the present agency i.e., M/s Sri Sai Lakshmi Constructions &
Co, Vijayawada for carrying out controlled blasting in the paid but left over reaches
from Km. 18.387 to Km.18.500 and from Km.18.750 to Km.19.00 in the FFC along
with financial implication of Rs. 1,29,97,250/-(One Crore Twenty Nine Lakhs and
Ninety Seven Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty only)

3. The Chief Engineer, North Coast shall take necessary action to recover the
amount Rs.3.19 Cr. from the earlier agency i.e., M/s SCL Infratech Ltd either from the
other projects or through other legal measures.

4. This order issue with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU.WR.II)

Department, vide their FIN-48022/401/2017-SO(FMU(WRD II))-FIN Computer
No:296585,Dated:12/07/2021.
