Shares are boxed and delivered in our refrigerated truck on the specified pick-up day to each location. Members must pick
up their box during the designated time. Our weekly Boxed Share deliveries to sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania require a
minimum of 20 shares at each drop-off site, so be sure to tell your friends about our service!
Delivered Boxed Share Cost
q Wednesday Delivered Boxed Share $618.00 (that works out to be about $24.72 per week)
q Saturday/Sunday Delivered Boxed Share $643.00 (that works out to be about $25.72 per week)
If you wish to purchase an Individual or Family Share for pick up at either our Pennington distribution center or our
Chesterfield distribution center, please use the Individual and Family Share Application.

Payment Options Please check off your choice of payment. There are 4 options.
We will only accept one member’s check(s) per payment, i.e., your share partner writes you a check for their portion,
then you write a check(s) to the farm for the amount due per payment. The person issuing the check will be
considered the designated “Share Member” (see page 1).
q One Payment Please enclose full payment with your application, dated January 1, 2011.

q Two Payments If you are making two payments, the Share Member writes 2 checks, as directed below.
Date one check January 1, 2011 and date the 2nd check April 30, 2011. (Please remember to write 2011!)
Enclose the two checks with your application. We’ll deposit the first check after January 1, 2011 and the
second check April 30, 2011. This plan includes an additional $10.00 charge to cover administrative costs.

A $30.00 fee will apply to all returned checks.

Postcards confirming your Boxed-Share delivery location will be mailed by the beginning of May.
You will receive the location’s address and directions in a separate mailing shortly before the start of the season.
Members may download a Delivered Boxed Share Members’ Handbook from our website.

WARNING: Applications dropped off at the farm could be lost among mountains of seed catalogs and tractor manuals!

I understand that this is a community supported venture rather than a buyers’ club, and that, although the grower is committed to the best
of his ability to provide high quality organic produce, there are risks in agriculture which need to be shared by the whole community and
may be reflected in the yields of certain crops. By submitting this application, I understand that my membership payment entitles me to
a weekly share of produce harvested for Honey Brook Organic Farm CSA during the 2011 growing season. I understand that it is my
responsibility to become familiar with the rules of the CSA program (as found in the Members’ Handbook) and my membership
may be revoked without refund for failure to abide by these rules. All membership cards are property of Honey Brook Organic
Farm CSA and must be returned if membership is revoked.
