Travelers will need to respond to a screening question for all international flights. Travelers from Hubei, China,
Iran, or Italy who do not show signs/symptoms will be required to provide contact info and be advised to limit

Schengen areas will not be allowed only if it is to bring back French citizens.
Requests for direct INTERNATIONAL flights to NTTB temporarily suspended UFN. ALL A/C must clear at
NTAA. All pax arriving in French Polynesia will be placed in Quarantine for 14 days, effective immediately.

Hong Kong 3/16 in the past 14 days regardless of whether they are Hong Kong residents. VHHH (KHBAC FBO) has stopped
accepting GA flights until further notice.
Hungary 3/17 Border closed for pax flights.
All existing visas suspended until Apr 15. All travelers that have visited China, Italy, Iran, South Korea, France,
Spain, and Germany after Feb 15 will be quarantined for min 14 days. A minimum quarantine period of 14 days
will be required for passengers coming from/transiting through UAE, Qatar, Oman & Kuwait as of 1200 GMT 18
India 3/17 MAR 2020 at the port of first departure. Travel of passengers from member countries of the EU, European
Trade Assoc., Turkey & the UK is prohibited effective 18 MAR 2020, No airline shall board a passenger from
these nations to India effective 1200 GMT 18 MAR 2020. The airline shall enforce at port of initial departure
through 31 MAR 2020 & will review subsequently.
Suspended visa exemption policy for short-stay visit, visa-on-arrival, and diplomatic/service visa-free facilities for
all countries, for a period of 1 month.
Foreigners/travelers may still apply for a visa and must provide health certificate issued by relevant health
Indonesia 3/17 authorities.
Travelers with history to China, Iran, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, and South Korea denied entry (including
transit). Travelers with history to ASEAN countries, Japan, Switzerland, and the UK will be quarantined for 14
days.
Iraq has banned the entry of all foreigners coming from China over fears about the coronavirus outbreak, the

Ireland - EINN 3/13 Health questionnaire required
Only Israeli citizens and residents permitted to enter, with exceptions for crew (can not arrive from China,

Spain in the past 30 days. Nationals will be observed for 14 days in specially designated places. Pax arriving

from Belgium, Japan, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, or UK will be put in quaratine for 14 days. All
other arrivals must pass exam algorithm.
Latvia 3/17 Pax not allowed to enter the country.

Lithuania is only possible for pax returning to their country of residence until 19 March.

scheduled to depart TNCM for their home country and returning residents of St. Maarten and the surrounding
islands, with valid travel documents.
New Zealand 3/4 Bans entry to all foreign nationals from or transitting through China starts Feb 3rd. per Reuters
North Macedonia 3/17 Borders closed to foreign nationals and closing LWSK to pax travel by 19 March.
Norway 3/16 Pax who have been in areas with widespread transmission are quarantined for 14 days after arrival.
Oman 3/4 All flights to/from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Iran and Italy suspended
Panama 3/16 Only Panamanian citizens and legal residents of Panama permitted to enter the country.
Papua New Guinea 3/4 All international non scheduled flights must operate to Port Moresby as the first port of entry.
Paraguay 3/13 No restrictions
All scheduled, non-scheduled, and general aviation flights suspended. Cargo, emergency, SAR, HUM,

Philippines 3/4 Banning entry except Filipino coming from China. Banning travel to China

All direct flights from any airport located in the Italian Republic to any airport of the kingdom of Spain are

Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, all international flights and cruises originating from the United States of
America, Europe and the United Kingdom to St. Maarten are cancelled for a period of two weeks. These travel
