1. Admission made is provisional. It is subject to approval by the department of Pre-university Education.
2. Xerox copies of Transfer Certificate, Marks Card, Caste, Income Certificate etc., should be enclosed with the application
at the time of registration. Originals should be submitted at the time of admission without fail.
3. Students of other Boards / States should submit Eligibility Certificate issued by the Department of Pre-University Education,
Palace Road, Bengaluru - 560 001 and Migration Certificate from the respective State’s / Board.
 DECLARATION OF THE STUDENT AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION TO THE COLLEGE

I hereby promise that I will:

1. Not be deliberately abstain from classes, tests and examinations.
2. Not participate in any strike or demonstrations and will not induce others to do so.
3. Not indulge in any act which will result in damage or loss to the college.
4. Not indulge in any act which will lower the prestige to the college.
5. Not conduct myself in any manner which show to any classmates or any staff member of the college.
6. Utilise the library and other facilities of the college with care and responsibility.
7. Abide by the rules and regulations of the college.
8. Maintain the average class room attendance of 85% I am liable to be detained if my attendance is less than minimum of 75% as per
University norms.
9. I shall clear all dues pertaining to the College towards tuition and other fees and to the hostel towards boarding and lodging charges
in time.
10. I shall vacate the hostel if I am detained at any stage.
11. I understand that I will not be permitted to appear to the University Examination if I do not clear all the arrears due to the college
and hostel.
12. I will not indulge in any act of ragging the students and I will not induce others to rag.
13. I further understand that I am liable to be punished if I violate the general code of discipline and rules of the college and that I have no
right to question any punishment imposed on me by the college authorities; the punishment being in the form of fine, suspension for
definite period or expulsion from the college.
