5 Migration certificate (In Original is Compulsory) for all boards except Maharashtra Board must be submitted by
30thSep 2020. Please note that failing to meet this requirement, will result in the cancellation of your studentship and
fees paid will be refunded as per prescribed refund rule.

6 Equivalence Certificate from AIU is mandatory for those candidates who have completed their studies from Overseas
University. Please note that failing to meet this requirement, will result in the cancellation of your studentship and the
fees paid will be refunded as per prescribed refund rule.

7 Leaving / Transfer Certificate - Mandatory (Original) to be submitted at respective campus, copy is suggested to be
uploaded.

8 Medical Fitness for Differently abled candidates (if applicable)


9 Learning Disability Certificate (if applicable) may be submitted by program commencement date. The Medical
Certificate of any Government authorized hospitals would be accepted. For Mumbai campus, Medical Certificate from
Sion Hospital/Nair Hospital would be only accepted.

10 Medical Fitness Certificate (Original) (Certified by a registered medical practitioner) (format has been provided in
Admission form) to be submitted at respective campus, copy is suggested to be uploaded

11 Transcript of grades /Predicted Score for Universities in India along with percentage equivalent/conversion (For IB
Board only)

12 Gap Certificate (original) (if applicable) to be submitted at respective campus by course commencement, copy is
suggested to be uploaded. it should be on a 100 rupee stamp paper

13 The affidavit by the student and parent/guardian with reference to UGC regulation on Curbing the Menance of
Ragging may be self-attested and upload in Admission form. (format has been given in Admission form for Under
Taking , Annexure I & Annexure II)

Note:

1 You are requested to confirm your admission by paying fees, on approval of admission and receipt of email
confirmation and upload the above mentioned documents along with admission form within the registration period i.e.
between 18th July’2020 to 22nd July 2020 for document upload and fee payment up to 23rd July 2020

2 Payment of tuition fees for First Year to be paid online as per instruction mentioned in admission offer letter and
email communication.

3 Please note that it is responsibility of the candidate to check whether he / she is eligible to apply for the Program as
per the eligibility criteria declared on the website. Your credentials will also be verified by professional verification.

Refund Rules on cancellation of admission:

The Schedule of refund of fees will be as follows for Bachelor of Business Administration-Navi Mumbai Campus - Batch
2020
Refund Rules: If a student chooses to withdraw from the program of study in which he / she is enrolled, the institution shall follow the
following five-tier system for the refund of fees* remitted by the student.

Percentage of Refund of Point of time when notice of withdrawal of admission is received in the

before 01st August’2020)

2 90 % Less than 15 days before the formally-notified last date of admission. (02nd
August to 17th August’2020)

3 80 % 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission. (18th August
to 01st September’2020)

4 50 % 30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after formally notified last of
admission (02nd September to 16th September’2020)

5 0% More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission. (17th
September’2020 onwards)

In case of (1) in the table above, the HEI concerned shall deduct an amount not more than 5% of the fees paid by the student,
subject to a maximum of Rs. 5,000/- as processing charges from the refundable amount.
Note: Candidates to refer Important Dates of the respective programme.
The above refund rules are as per University Grants Commission (UGC) notification on Refund of Fees and Non-Retention of
Original Certificates of October, 2018 and are subject to revision as per UGC notification (as applicable).
If you do not upload your documents by 22nd July'2020 and pay stipulated fees up to 23rd July'2020 it will be presumed that you are
not interested in joining the Programme and this offer of admission will stand cancelled automatically.
