STRESS MANAGEMENT THROUGH YOGA

Details:

1. Theories – 4 sessions of each 1 hour


2. Practice – 4 sessions of each 1 hour

Theory: a) Introduction to Stress


b) Concept of Stress according to Medical Science and Yogic Science
c) Concept of Growth with Yogic Techniques
d) Group Dynamics (Growth in a group with minimum stress)

Practice: a) Instant Relaxation Technique (IRT)


b) Quick Relaxation Technique (QRT)
c) Deep Relaxation Technique (DRT)
d) Cyclic Meditation (CM)

The whole training is for 8 hours. So this can be done 2 hours every day for 4 days (1 hour theory and
1 hour practice). At the end of training, the participants can do themselves at home with audio
support. Below is the research report of Stress Management program. It shows that after sleeping
for 6 hours of deep sleep, we may get 9 % of rest whereas after doing the above yogic practice for 35
minutes, we get 32% of rest. LET US KNOW OUR OWN BODY AND MIND, AND FIND OUR OWN
WAY OF GROWTH BY MINIMISING THE STRESS, BY REMOVING THE ACCUMULATION OF STRESS.
