I/We request you to issue Bank guarantee in favour Rs 60,00,000/-(Rupees Sixty Lakh Only)
I/We hereby discharge the following fixed deposit/s and authorize you to hold the said
deposit/s as margin and /or as security for payment and discharge of all claims received under
the Bank Guarantee.

extent of Rs. ______________ as a security for repayment of all claims/demands received under
the bank guarantee.

I/We hereby authorise you to renew the said fixed deposit(s) on due date without any notice to
me/us and hold the renewed deposit(s) as security till all the claims under the bank guarantee are
fully paid and discharged.

I/We undertake to keep the Bank fully indemnified and saved harmless in respect of each and
every payment made and obligation, liability, loss and damage undertaken or incurred or
suffered by the Bank (Whether directly or indirectly) under or in connection with the said
Guarantee/Indemnity or any renewal, extension or modification thereof, which Bank shall be
entitled to make or give at its sole discretion.

Please debit our current account towards the guarantee commission at such rate prescribed by
the Bank from time to time.

I/We authorise the bank to pay and honor all demands/claims under the bank guarantee to the
beneficiary without any further notice to me/us and irrespective of any dispute or difference
between me/us and beneficiary.

I/We hereby further irrevocably authorise the Bank to appropriate and set off at its sole
discretion without any further notice to me/us and at any time on or before the due date of the
said fixed deposit(s) with accrued interest thereon/the amount up to Rs.______________
outstanding under our current account No. _________________ against any claim/demand
received from the beneficiary under the bank guarantee.
