II. Objectives
After the orientation the participants are expected to:
1. The teachers are able to accomplished demonstration following the guidance given in the IPCRF
monitoring; and
2. Able to obtain the needed objectives for Proficient Teachers.

XI. Highlights
All the teachers were given equal opportunity to participate in the discussion /demonstration conducted
by the demo teacher.
Activities were done in an interactive manner and that it sustained the interest of the participants which
lead into a comprehensive result of discussion and interactions within the classroom.
Facilitated the classroom instruction as if the other teacher participants acting as classroom students in
obtaining the teachers objectives in the lesson presented.
The teachers are assigned in groups of two for a collaborative output/participation in the demonstration.
The demo teacher acted as facilitators on the participants.
