I. Title of Training & Activity

School-Based Learning Action Cell (LAC) demonstration on graded Classroom Observation for
first Semester School Year 2020-2021 adjusted RPMS amidst COVID-19 Pandemic.

II. Objectives
After the orientation the participants are expected to:
1. The teachers are able to accomplished demonstration following the guidance given in the IPCRF
monitoring; and
2. Able to obtain the needed objectives for Proficient Teachers.

6 teachers, 1 demonstrator teacher and 1 school Head

Expenses incurred during this activity such as supplies, and materials needed for the participants are charged to
personal funds.

XI. Highlights
All the teachers were given equal opportunity to participate in the discussion /demonstration conducted
by the demo teacher.
Activities were done in an interactive manner and that it sustained the interest of the participants which
lead into a comprehensive result of discussion and interactions within the classroom.
Facilitated the classroom instruction as if the other teacher participants acting as classroom students in
obtaining the teachers objectives in the lesson presented.
The teachers are assigned in groups of two for a collaborative output/participation in the demonstration.
The demo teacher acted as facilitators on the participants.

 Learning objectives were clearly presented and posted throughout the session.

 Encourages learner active participation with the activities.
 Classroom management is observed.
 Learners used ICT in the preparation and presentation of learning activity outputs.

 Interactions between teachers and students were evident.
 Integrates lesson with other learning areas: AP and ESP
 Logical sequence and teaching learning activities were evident.
