T
he Company desires to employ Expatriate and the Expatriate desires to
become employed by the Company. The Company and the Expatriate desire to
enter into Employment Agreement, which shall govern the terms of the
Expatriate's employment. The Company and Employee desire to regularize their
relationship and, in that context, the Company desires to continue to engage the
Employee and the Employee desires to continue to serve the Company in
accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in This Agreement.
Congratulations! We have in file, your CV/Resume and after the evaluation of your CV
and interview questions, we have found you qualified to work with
our company and we are pleased to confirm you have been selected to work for our
company (LG Electronics).

In consideration of the mutual Agreements set forth below and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Company
and the Expatriate hereby agree, as follows;

1.0 CONSULTING PERSONNEL

You shall be expected to work with the company's experienced training department
with the mandate to provide excellent services

2.0 SALARY INDICATION

You will be eligible to receive 55 USD per hour exclusive of any taxation and salary is
accumulated and paid weekly to any preferred bank account of your choice.

4.0
WORK SCHEDULE
You are in charge of your own schedule each week. The working time is flexible and this
means you can work at any time of your choice. Minimum working time per week is 10
hours including weekends and weekdays. You are to select your best working time
between the hours of 9am to 11pm and choose the best hours that will work for you.

For example, you can decide to fix your schedule as below;

Mondays - 2 hours (1 hour afternoon, 1 hour evening)

Tuesday - 2 hours (1 hour morning, 1 hour evening)
Wednesday - 2 hours (1 hour morning, 1 hour afternoon)
Thursday - 2 hours (2 hours evening)

Friday - 1 hour (1hour evening)

Saturday - 3 hours (1 hour morning, 1 hour afternoon, 1 hour evening)
Sunday - 1 hour (1 hour afternoon or morning)

best for you. The working schedule will be made by you indicating when it is best for you to
work. You can decide to work on weekends or weekdays between the hours of 8am to
11pm.)

It is all your choice to choose and decide when you can work and earn the same day also.
You can work 10 hour minimum and 20 hours maximum.

(Please be informed that the working time is flexible and you can choose the working hours
best for you. The working schedule will be made by you indicating when it is best for you to
work. You can decide to work on weekends or weekdays between the hours of 8am to
11pm.)

5.0 BENEFITS
- LG Electronics will provide a company Financial Support Fund to all Employees and
these financial support fund covers the Employee’s accommodation for one year, feeding,
contract sign on fee, Working Materials, Education Assistance and Travel.

6.0 PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Employee shall receive year-end annual bonus, to which he/she may be entitled under
such Management Incentive Program as the Company may adopt with respect to each
scale year of the Company, subject to the terms, plans, qualifications and conditions of any
such plan. The full potential of the year-end annual bonus is a minimum of 30% of the Base
Salary and shall be paid in accordance with the Company's procedures for its year end
Management Incentive Program (or similar plan).

7.0 VACATION
The employee shall be entitled to four (4) week's vacation at full pay, in accordance with
the Company Policies. The employees vacations will be scheduled at such times as will
least interfere with the business of the Company. Employee may decide to spend the

vacation period in any country of his/her choice, or his/her country home. Employee
vacation in his or her country home, “to & fro” flight tickets, shall be covered by the
Company.

8.0 SCHOLARSHIPS/EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE

Company shall provide scholarship awards/educational assistance benefits for

employees' working with us on a STUDENT VISA.

9.0 JOB PROCEEDINGS/REQUIREMENTS:

Upon acceptance of Employment, following documents must be provided for further
proceedings

(A) Employee's International Passport Copy with atleast 1 Month Validity

(B) Signed Copy of the Contract Agreement

10.0 ATTESTATION
Terms of agreement that you are to read very well, accept by printing and signing it and
sending to us via email attachment along with your passport.
