1. In preparation for the quality assurance of text-based learning resources in the

different key stages and learning areas, this office will conduct organizational meeting of
Learning Resource Evaluators.

2. In view of this, all master teachers, subject coordinators and division curriculum writers from
the school are enjoined to participate the said activity to be conducted by the office on
___________.

3. This activity is in preparation of the evaluation of learning resources such as teacher made
materials especially in contextualization and materials received from the division to give
feedback in the division level.

4. Immediate disseminations of this memorandum is desired.
