Check-in Policy

 Arrive at your selected Kryterion Testing Network (KTN) location 15

minutes earlier than your scheduled exam time.
 Bring your Test Taker Authorization Code (listed above).
 Bring one piece of primary identification and one piece of secondary
identification. All identification must be non-expired and must be an
original document; photocopies are not permitted. Acceptable forms of
identification are listed below:
o Primary Identification:
 Government issued driver’s license
 Government issued passport book or passport card
 Government issued state ID card
 U.S. military ID
o Secondary Identification:
 Credit card
 Bank debit card
 Employee ID card

No shows, Cancellations, and Rescheduling Policy

 You must provide at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a

test session. Test fees, vouchers, or coupons used to pay for the exam
will not be refunded for sessions cancelled without giving proper
notice.
 You can reschedule your exam to a new date and time by logging into
your Webassessor account and clicking on the Reschedule/Cancel
button next to your scheduled exam. Please note, a rescheduling fee
will be charged for any changes made within 72 hours of your
scheduled exam time.
