AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP

I, _________, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of _______________, after

having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby deposes and states:

1. That I am the owner and possessor of Lot 1234 located __________, and with an area of
55, 555 sq.m., more or less.

2. That my parents had been in long, continuous, and in notorious possession of the above-
mentioned property for more than 30 years since they acquired the property, and who in
turn had passed on to me as the new owner.

3. That since then, I have been in actual possession and ownership of the same,
continuously and notoriously for more than 30 years.

4. That to the best of my knowledge, the above-mentioned property is situated within

alienable and disposable lands and outside lands reserve for public domain.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the above statements of
ownership of the above-described property, and for whatever legal purposes this may
legally serve.
