5) Insert a picture of your choice between the first two paragraphs of the file created in Question
4 and save changes. (3 Marks)
6) Format the paragraphs in Business Class file with the following specifications and save it as
Hotel in Hotel and Catering folder:
a) Font – Comic Sans Ms
b) Size – 14
c) Color – Green
d) Alignment – Justify
e) Style – Italic (8 Marks)

7) Using Paint, draw a house of your choice, save it as House in JPEG format in the folder
created in Question 1 and format it with the following specifications:
a) Walls – Grey
b) Roof – Green
c) Doors – Blue
d) Windows – Purple (8 Marks)
8) Create two subfolders in ICT namely CAPS and BIT respectively. (3 Marks)
9) Copy the file created in Question 7 in ICT, Business and Hotel and Catering folders and
rename them as follows:
a) ICT House
b) Business House
c) Hotel House (6 Marks)
10) Create a file called Procedures and save it in the folder created in Question 1 outlining the
steps of changing the desktop background. (4 Marks)
