Subject: APPROVAL OF PC-1, 3 LANE DUAL CARRIAGEWAY ACCESS ROAD FROM

KALAKHATAI ROAD TO ZONE 3 BY RUDA BOARD

1. Development of Zone 3 in the phase 1 of RRUDP was undertaken on priority and an

access road from Kalakhataai road to Zone 3 was required to be provided. Accordingly,
NESPAK was engaged to prepare PC-1 and cost estimates etc for 3 lane dual carriageway
13.1 Km access road to Zone 3.

2. Three copies of PC-1 and cost estimates for construction of 3 lane dual carriageway 13.1
Km access road to Zone 3 for Rs 7,810,251,634/- (rupees 7810.26 million) is placed for
signatures and approval by the RUDA Board.
