PC-1 OF LAND DEVELOPMENT IN JHOKE FOREST IN PHASE III


FOR APPROVAL BY THE BOARD OF RUDA

I. Background
This Project aimed at providing sustainable land management through innovative afforestation
techniques, alongside with multiple revenue streams including corporate retreats, organic produce
and bio-diversity hotspots. It would also serve as tourist attraction spot. Development of Zone 3
in the phase 1 of RRUDP was undertaken on priority and land development of this 352,000
Sq.meter Jhoke Forest zone 3 was required to be provided. Accordingly, NESPAK was engaged
to prepare PC-1 and cost estimates of Land Development in Jhoke Forest in phase 3.

II. Proposal
Approval of PC-1 and cost estimates for land development in JHOKE FOREST in Zone 3 for Rs
24,241,022/- (rupees 24.24 million) is placed before the RUDA Board for approval.
