All Front Desk Staff is advised must to fill the respective checklist form on daily basis. At anytime during
visit, form can be checked by Center Manager, Coordinator and Seniors.
Founding unfilled / false check may lead to strict disciplinary action.

At the Start of your Job, Check all Inventory like B.P Apparatus, Torches, Instruments, Weight Machines & all useful Instrument.

Check the Cleanliness of all Consultant Rooms, Dusting, Glass Doors, Waiting area, Wash room are Clean and no Issue at your Reception.

Make Sure Availability of Letter Heads,Visiting Cards, File Folders, Name Plates at all Rooms and Instruments are Sterilized.

Make sure all Furniture like Couch, Patient Chairs, air conditioner/Heater, Lights are in well conditioned & automatic airsol is turned on.

TV, LCD, Mosquito Killer, Floor lights are Turned on, Wall Clocks, Water Dispensor are working well, Hand sanitizers & Tissues are available.

Availability of Couch Sheets, Examination sheets and other housekeeping useful things and back-up is available.
