- Fine distribution over and penetration into the fabric
- Forms a film around and between fibres, without sealing off the fiber
- Is self-crosslinking and thus permanent
- Increases Elasticity and resilience of textiles
- Yields durable hydrophilic finishes on all fibres
- Excellent anti-pilling effects
- Improves the abrasion resistance
- Provides special handle modifications
- Essential product in Wrinkle-free finish upgrade
- Increases durability of softeners, yielding soft textiles over long time
- Suitable in pre-treatment processes to protect the fabric during wet processes
- Is over-dyeable

Technical notes on application

General
TANA®PUR ONE is a unique and extremely fine dispersed self-crosslinking polyether polyurethane.
The film forming is permanent, therefore not only giving high durability and wash-resistance to the
product itself but also to other products in the finishing recipe.

Application
TANA®PUR ONE is typically used in padding applications or garment dip-spin-dry procedures.
Industrial spraying such as WEKO applications is possible. The product cannot be used in exhaust
application.

Curing
The treated textiles should be cured at temperatures of at least 130°C – 1 minute after drying to
give a complete crosslinking and fix the product on the fiber. Higher temperatures (up to 180°C –
15 seconds) are possible.
