Subject: - Request to share quarter wise payment details.

M/S All India Radio (AIR) has given order no.-13(25)2/2017-D(P)/631-Spare Cell/AT-393
dtd.-14.09.2018for VPN connectivity at AIR 47 sites. BSNL hascompleted commissioning of
all 47 sites of AIR.

BSNL has issued bills to AIR after commissioning of links. AIR has not released payment
against BSNL bills. If payment had released by AIR then payment details is not shared with
BSNL even after continuous persuasion. Without payment details, We are not able to feed
payment in our billing system. Due to this, outstanding of AIR is increasing.

Letter No. BSNL/NTR/EB-NCR II/AIR/2017-18 dtd: 04/02/2021 was sent to AIR West
zone to share quarter wise payment details but this office has not received payment details
from your office. In this regard, emails dtd.-04.02.2021, 09.02.2021, 19.02.2021, 02.03.2021
and 11.03.2021 were sent to email id- ddgairprojectcewz@prasarbharti.gov.inand
ddgairprojectwz@gmail.com but no payment details received till now.

It is requested to please share quarter wise and BA wise payment details of all the
payments released by your zone upto now in the attached format (Annexure), otherwise
it may be assumed that payment of the links is still pending and the same links are liable
to be disconnected.
