REGIONAL OFFICE MEMORANDUM

TO ALL COUNCIL SCOUT EXECUTIVES/OFFICERS-IN-CHARGE

SUBJECT ONLINE NCR REGIONAL SCOUT JAMBOREE

1. In reference to the Regional Memorandum NO. 41 s. 2019 released on October 17, 2019, and
upon approval of the Regional Scout Committee last RESCOM meeting last March 15, 2021, we are
pleased to announce the new schedule of the FIRST EVER ONLINE NCR REGIONAL SCOUT
JAMBOREE on August 4-7, 2021 with the theme:

2. An activity fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00 ) shall be charged to each participant to cover
costs of souvenir items such as T-shirt, Cap, Certificate, Neckerchief, and other administrative
expenses. These souvenirs were already procured in 2019 as part of the preparations for the
postponed NCR Jamboree.

3. Anent this event, there will be a Coordinative Meeting of all CSEs/OICs, Technical Team and
Module Commanders on 25 June 2021 at 4:00 PM via Zoom.

4. All CSEs/OICs are therefore advised to give equal opportunity to all Scouts and Scout Leaders to
experience the new normal way of a Scout Jamboree.

5. Local funds/SE'F/MOOE may be used to defray Scouting-related expenses, subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules, regulations and procedures. Please refer to DepEd-DBM-DILG joint
Memorandum Circular No. 2020-001 (Addendum to the Revised Guidelines on the Use of the Special
Education Fund)
