 Handling all the rig operation under Tool Pusher
 Planning, programming and execution of drilling and completion activities carried out by assigned rigs while
monitoring the performance.
 Forecast short term and long term needs to meet all the requirements to drill the scheduled wells by ensuring
the availability of long lead equipment and services for efficient running of the rig.

Project Title: Functions of Drilling Rig Equipment
Brief of Project: The project intends to study about the equipment used while drilling I got to learn the various
aspects of the sector in terms of Drilling Rig Components, Mud Engineering, Mud Logging, Cementing
 operations and Maintenance activity, and HSE Aspects. Here I learnt the procedure of drilling an exploratory oil
well but the best thing I learnt was the problem coming while drilling and the solution for it

B-tech Project under ORSP (Office of Research & Sponsored Programme), PDPU

Title - Relative permeability modifier using gum based system instead Of conventionally gel based system
Aims and objective: It reduces water cut by 40 to 50% and enhances oil productivity by 300% and sustainable
at 120 to 150 degrees.

Title - Preparation of Jatropha Oil Based Mud and Comparison of its Properties with Diesel Oil Based Mud
Aims -Jatropha Curcas is identified as potential base oil source. They have higher flash and firing points, better
thermal stability, no detrimental impact on the surrounding environment and are less hazardous compared to
diesel
