(632) 920-6401 + (632) 920-6446 E-mail: member_telaions@sss.gov-ph « Wap sit: ti:/iwww.sss.govph CIRCULAR NO..202 1-002 s TO : ALL REGULAR EMPLOYERS SUBJECT : EXTENSION OF DEADLINE OF REMITTANCE OF CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE APPLICABLE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2021 FROM 31 MARCH 2021 TO 30 APRIL 2021 IN SUPPORT FOR MEMBERS AFFECTED BY THE ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION AND IN THE NEARBY PROVINCES OF BULACAN, CAVITE, LAGUNA AND RIZAL In view of Resolution No.106-A, series of 2021 dated 27 March 2021 of the Inter- Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases declaring the National Capital Region and the nearby provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal under Enhanced Community Quarantine from 29 March to 04 April 2021, the Social Security Commission (SSC) under its Resolution No. 160-s.2021 dated 07 April 2021, and pursuant to Section (4)(a)(1) in relation to Section 22(a) of the Social Security Act of 2016 (R.A. No. 11199), approves the extension of deadline of remittance of contributions by Regular Employers as follows: Applicable Period Deadline of Remittance February 2021 30 April 2021 Moreover, pursuant to Section 4(a)(5) of RA 11199, the SSC further approves that Employers with approved installment proposals under Circular No. 2011-002 (Revised Guidelines on the installment Payment Schemes for Employers) dated 16 February 2011, Circular No. 2018-008 (Amendment to Circular No. 2017-009 dated 02 October 2017 and Circular No. 2011-002 dated 16 February 2011 [Revised Guidelines in the Installment Payment Scheme For Employers Under SSC Resolution No. 976-s.2010 dated 08 December 2010] and Creation of the Employer Delinquency Review Committee) dated 22 March 2018, and under Circular No. 2019-004 (Condonation and Non-Imposition of Penalties on Delinquent Social Security Contributions) dated 15 March 2019, their post- dated checks which fall due in March 2021 shall be deposited on 30 April 2021 Provided that: 1. Incase payment deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, payment may be made on the next working day; MRS A2. Payment deadlines of regular employers for applicable months after February 2021 as prescribed under Circular No. 2019-012 dated 06 August 2019 shall apply; 3. Payment deadlines of household employers, self-employed, voluntary, nonworking spouse, and land-based overseas Filipino worker members as prescribed under Circular No. 2019-012 dated 06 August 2019 shall continue to apply.
