Company Profile

I am working in J.K. CEMENT LTD mangrol and Nimbahera , as an Electrical Engineer from November
2012 to till present.
It is a 5000 TPH line-2 and 6500 TPD line-3 capacity ’s cement plant .It has H.T. drives up to 2600
KW of B.H.E.L. and about 1000 Nos. of L.T. drives of Siemens,havells,PBL,sew etc. All relays are
numerical like simocode and siprotech, Schneider micom relays About 25 Nos. of V.F. Drives of more
than 400 KW. A fully automatic Robo lab, appointed for quality improvement of raw mix and cement,
takes samples automatically and check and give correction for a better quality of the product. A 25
MW waste heat recovery plant generates power by utilizing waste gases of kiln before emission of the
hot gases in the atmosphere along with a coal based captive power plant having capacity of 25 MW.

Job Profile

  Project Commissioning:
 Commissioned HV Panels of 6.6kV of siemens and 11 KV schneider.
 Commissioned Distribution transformers of rating 6.6kV/415V and 11 kv/415 v up to
5500KVA
 Commissioned Siemens AC Drives.
 Siemens Simocode relay Pro-c and Pro-v and Schneider LTMR which connected to
system by Profibus and ethernet.
 Siemens siprotech 7SJ8032, 7SJ8012, 7SK80 and worked on DIGSI software and also
worked on micom relays Schneider make.
 Commissioned and working on Siemens soft starter 3RW44.
 Commissioned LV Panels of 415V.
 AC Induction motors of 6600V and 11000 V in a range of  800 kW-2600 kW
Maintenance Responsibility:
Responsibility Handling Across the Working Period:
 Diagnostic check, troubleshooting & maintenance of instruments.
 Breakdown and corrective maintenance of different types of LT Motors, Contactors, Field
Instruments, DOL & Star Delta Starters, Motor LT panels, HT panels with VCB.

Others:
 Responsible for Control & planning of man power for preventive, predictive and shutdown
maintenance work.
 Responsible for power management from different sources in shift operation.
 Responsible for electrical, instrumentation spare parts planning and maintenance within
Departmental budget.
