for which we are pleased to share with you that Mr. Ajay Rungta, Senior Manager
Corporate Finance Jindal Saw Limited. will be taking two sessions as part of
the Project Appraisal and Finance course.

Mr. Ajay Rungta, Senior Manager with Corporate Finance experience, has been
employed in this field with 14 years of extensive experience in large and midsize
organizations. He is a personality, who is Proficient in funding arrangements,
optimizing liquidity positions, and working capital management, liasioning with banks
& FIs, Rating Agencies, legal firms, RBI. He is also Proficient in devising structures
for management reporting & MIS, financial Planning and Analysis, making monthly
presentations to senior management & board of management, Cash Flow Analysis,
Cost Control etc.
