Before using this unit, please observe the following provisions:
1：压缩空气压力不得超过干燥机容许使用最高压力（铭牌标示）。
1: Air pressure must not exceed the maximum pressure allows the use of the dryer (nameplate).
2：维修或拆装前：必须确保系统内没有压力。
2: Repair or disassembly before: we must ensure that there is no pressure.
3：操作电源必须符合机器上的铭牌标示。
3: Operating power supply must conform to what is shown on nameplate on the machine.
4：维修前必须切断本机电源供给以保证安全。
4: Before maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply of the dryer to ensure safety.
5：维修时必须遵守厂方规定的公共安全守则。
5: Maintenance must comply with the public safety regulations prescribed by the manufacturer.
若未按本手册操作及做一般性保养，本公司不负保固责任。

一、产品概述
Product Overview
压缩空气冷冻式干燥机（以下简称冷干机）是压缩空气的净化设备。本机是引进国际先进
水平的机型经过改进设计而成的。经本冷干机处理后的压缩空气，干燥度可达到压力露点 2-10
℃(0.7MPa)相当于常压露点-23℃~-17℃左右。除水率可达 93%，含油量不超过 5PPM。若配用
本公司高精度压缩空气过滤器则可全部滤去大于 0. 01 m 的固定杂质及 99.999%的油份（参见
压缩空气精密过滤器说明书）。从而得到无水、无油、无尘的高净度压缩空气，以满足气动控
制传动、精密仪表、喷塑喷漆、食品医药、电子零件、冶金船舶、潜水呼吸等行业对压缩空气
清净度的要求。
Compressed air refrigeration dryer (hereinafter referred to as cold and dry) is compressed air
purification equipment. This machine is the introduction of international advanced level models
made through improved design. After treatment of the cold and dry compressed air, pressure dew
point dryness can reach 2-10 ℃ (0.7MPa) equivalent pressure dew point -23 ℃ ~ -17 ℃ or so.
Water removal rate of up to 93% oil content not exceeding 5PPM. If equipped with the company
precision compressed air filter can filter out all greater than 0. 01 m fixed impurities and 99.999% of

the oil (see manual precision filter compressed air). Resulting in dry, oil-free, dust-free compressed
air high clarity to satisfy pneumatic control drive, precision instrument, spray paint, food,
pharmaceuticals, electronic parts, metallurgical vessel, diving breathing compressed air industry
cleanliness requirements .
二．冷干机是运用先进的制冷技术，对压缩空气进行降温，使其中含有的大量水蒸气、油
雾凝结成液滴由排水器排出机外，从而得到干澡纯净的压缩空气。嘉源冷干机采用国际名牌冷
媒压缩机，以及其它进口高品质的关键元器件，运转平稳、性能可靠，噪音低、寿命长、连续
运作平均无故障时间可达一万小时以上。
The refrigeration dryer cools the compressed air with the use of advanced refrigeration
technology, which makes a large quantity of water vapor and oil mist contained in the compressed
air condense into droplets and be discharged outside the machine by a water drainer, thus getting dry
and pure compressed air. Jiayuan refrigeration dryers use refrigerant compressors of the international
brands, as well as other imported high-quality key components, with advantages of smooth operation,
reliable performance, low noise, long service life and continuous operation, and their mean time
between failures is up to more than ten thousand hours.

三.冷干机的使用要求
Operation Requirements of Refrigeration Dryer
1、选择相应的压缩空气后部冷却器、储气罐及过滤器与冷干机。其中，后冷、储气罐是
必备的，且须安装在空压机与冷干机之间。过滤器 C 级应配置，其余可据需要考虑。

dryer. Among them, the rear cooler and the air tank are requisite, and must be installed between the
air compressor and the refrigeration dryer. The filter should be configured to be C-class, and the
remaining data can be configured according to needs.
2、使用工况：

环境温度：≤60℃
Ambient temperature: ≤60℃
进气温度：普通型≤45℃；高温型≤80℃
Inlet temperature: Normal ≤ 45 ℃; high temperature ≤ 80 ℃
进气压力 0.2Mpa~1.0Mpa（超过 1.0Mpa 可接受订货）
Inlet pressure 0.2Mpa ~ 1.0Mpa (more than 1.0Mpa orders accepted)
装机环境：通风良好且无尘埃之场所

四、冷干机的安装
Installation of Refrigeration Dryer
l、水平放置在水泥地面即可（400W 以上机型可加地脚螺栓）。
l. Place it horizontally on the concrete floor (anchor bolts can be fixed on the machine type with
a capacity of more than 400W).
2、从空压机出口到冷干机入口的管道要作防锈处理，不得有造成蓄水的管送弯曲。
2. Rust-proof treatment shall be carried out to the pipeline between the outlet of the air
compressor and the inlet of the refrigeration dryer, and the pipe bend storing water shall be avoided.
3、与周围设备、墙壁保持 1 米以上的距离，以利于操作、检修和日常维护。风冷式保持
通风畅通、水冷式保证进水压力大于出水压力 0.2Mpa 以上，流量与所配置的水管的直径相符，
进水温度不超过 35℃水质要求干净无杂质（宜在进水口处进行过滤）。
3. Maintain a distance of more than one meter away from the surrounding equipment and walls,
so as to facilitate the operation, overhauling, and daily maintenance. The air-cooled type shall be
kept ventilated and unimpeded, and for the water-cooled type, its water intake pressure must be
greater than the water outlet pressure by 0.2Mpa and above, its flow shall match with the diameter of
the configured water pipe, the water intake temperature does not exceed 35℃, and water quality
shall be clean and free of impurities (the water should be filtered in the water inlet).
4、冷干机是制冷设备，装卸、搬运、安装时应避免较强的震动及较大角度的倾斜。
4. The refrigeration dryer is refrigeration equipment, so strong vibrations and large-angle tilt
shall be avoided during loading and unloading, transporting, and installation.
5、在冷干机进出口管道上要加装修理阀与旁路阀，如图。

refrigeration dryer, as shown in the figure.
6、装在活塞式空压机后面，为防止震动、脉冲，需在前面安装缓冲储气罐。

impulse, a buffer air tank need to be installed in front of it.
7、在安装自动排水器时，请不要把排水器进口边的小螺钉碰断。

 9、电气安装
9. Electrical Installation
A、专线-单独设置一个电源开关，不要与其它设备共用一个启动电源。
A. A special line shall be equipped with a separate power switch, so as not to share the same
startup power supply with other devices.
B、电压波动在±5％以内。
B. Voltage fluctuations shall be within ± 5%.
C、配置电缆应避免截面过小或太长，以免引起电压降。
C. Cross-sections of the configured cables should not be too small or too long, so as not to
cause a voltage drop.
D、电源侧安装一套电器；如磁力起动器、空气开关（或闸刀），熔断丝等。
D. Install a set of electrical appliances at the side of the power supply, such as a magnetic starter,
an air switch (or knife switch), and fuse wires.
E、正确接地。
E. Properly grounded.

五、冷干机操作注意事项
Operation Notes of Refrigeration Dryer
1、检查第三项工况情况是否符合使用要求。
1. Check whether the working conditions in the Item III above meet the operation requirements.
2、检查电源：电压及相数是否符合规定，电气接线是否正确。
2. Check the power supply: to see whether the voltage and phase number meet the requirements,
and the electrical wiring is correct or not.
3、风冷式：冷凝器通风道是否畅通。

 3. The air-cooled type: the airway of the condenser is smooth or not.
4、冷干机前后配置的过滤器是否安装正确。
4. The filters configured before and after the refrigeration dryer is installed correctly or not.
5、旁路阀及进口修理阀是否关闭，出口修理阀是否打开。
5. The bypass valve and inlet service valve are closed or not, and the outlet service valve is
open or not.
6、自动排水器球阀是否打开。
6. The ball valve of the automatic water drainer is open or not.
7、有冷媒压力表的机型，观察表的静态指示值是否正常；在正常情况下有高低压表的冷
干机两表静态指示值应近似相等。
7. For the machine type with a refrigerant pressure gauge, observe whether the static indicated
value of the gauge is normal; under normal circumstances, both the static indicated values of the
refrigeration dryer with high and low pressure gauges should be approximately equal.
8、有时间继电器的机型，有否设定延时启动时间值（一般应延时 2~3 分钟）。
8. For the machine type with a time relay, to see whether a delay start time value has been set
(the delay time generally should be 2 to 3 minutes).
9、管道中残存之空气有否放掉。
9. To see whether the remaining air in the pipe has been let go.
以上检查无误后，方可启动冷媒压缩机，注意倾听压缩机运行是否平稳、无杂音、并观察：
高压冷媒表指示是否上升，低压冷媒表指示是否下降（无表，可用手触摸冷压缩机排气管温度
是否太高于吸气管温度）
You cannot start the refrigerant compressor until the above checks are correct, and listen
attentively to see whether the compressor is running smoothly without noise, and observe: whether
the indicated value of the high-pressure refrigerant gauge rises and the indicated value of the
low-pressure refrigerant gauge declines (if there are no gauges, judge whether the exhaust pipe
temperature is much higher than the air suction pipe temperature by touching the exhaust pipe and
the air suction pipe of the refrigerant compressor.
风冷式，观察风扇是否能自动启动或停止：
For the air-cooled type, observe whether the fan can automatically start or stop:
冷凝风扇：风扇启（低压：0.44Mpa 或高压 1.6Mpa）
For condensation fan: when the fan is on (low pressure: 0.44Mpa, or high pressure: 1.6Mpa)
风扇关（低压：0.4Mpa 或高压 1.4Mpa）
When the fan is off (low pressure: 0.4Mpa, or high pressure: 1.4Mpa)

另外，严禁频繁启闭冷媒压缩机，以免烧坏压缩机电机。
In addition, frequent starting and stopping of the refrigerant compressor is also prohibited, so
as not to burn out the compressor motor.
10、关机顺序：先关闭空压机及进口修理阀，然后再关闭冷干机。

the refrigeration dryer.

六、冷干机的调试
Debug of Refrigeration Dryer
本公司冷干机在出厂前均经过调试运行，一般情况下，120F(W)以下机型用户可按说明书
安装操作要求直按开机使用。150F(W)以上机型用户安装完毕应原则上由本公司派人参加现场
调试。冷干机的操作人员应事前参加本公司举办的操作培训。在使用过程中如发现异常情况应
与本公司取得联系。在本公司人员指导下对某些阀件进行调整，切忌盲目操作以免损坏机件。
The company’s refrigeration dryers have been debugged for running in the factory. Under
normal circumstances, for the machine types of 120F (W) and below, users can directly start them up
for use according to the installation and operating requirements in the manual; for those of 150F (W)
and above, upon completion of installation by users, in principle, personnel should be sent to
participate in on-site debugging by the company. Operators of the refrigeration dryers should
participate in the operation training held by the company in advance. If any abnormal situation is
found in the course of use, get in touch with the company. Adjustments on certain valves shall be
carried out under the guidance of the personnel of the company, so as avoid damages to the parts due
to blind operations.
七、冷干机的日常维护要点
Main Points for Daily Maintenance of Refrigeration Dryer
1、风冷式冷凝器要经常清扫灰尘、杂物，以免堵塞影响散热效果。方法一：用压缩空气
喷吹；方法二：用皮老虎吹；方法三：用软钢丝刷或毛刷轻轻刷。（如图 1）
1. Air-cooled condenser shall be often cleaned to remove dust and sundries, so as to avoid
blockage affecting the cooling effect. Method 1: blowing it with compressed air; Method 2: blowing
it with bellows; Method 3: gently brushing it with a soft wire brush or hairbrush. (Figure 1)

１、自动排水器是本机易损部件，需经常清洗维护，以免堵塞而失去排水作用。如发生不
排水，应立即检查排水器是否堵塞，并及时按图三方法拍手拆卸清洗。
１ . The automatic drainer, a vulnerable part of the dryer, needs regular cleaning and
maintenance, to avoid loss of drainage role due to blockage. In the event of drainage failure,
immediately check whether the drainer is blocked, and timely disassemble and clean it with hand in
accordance with the method in Figure 3.
如无自动排水器（或排水器已坏），可采用手动排水，一定要及时排水，以免空气带水。
If there is no automatic drainer (or the drainer is broken), manual drain can be used, and
drainage must be carried out timely, so as to avoid mixture of air with water.
２、注意三相电不要缺相运行。

３、注意倾听压缩机运行是否平稳，无杂音。

八、冷干机故障之分析排除
