Rights and responsibilities of my future chosen career:

1.  Advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private
legal matters.

2. Present facts in writing and verbally to their clients or others, and argue on behalf of
their clients.

3. Ensure confidentiality of the facts disclosed by client.

Rights and responsibilities of the employer (Law Firm)

1. Pay their employees the salary and benefits they agreed to, including vacation, paid

holidays and other types of holidays.  

2. Employers must treat their employees with respect.

3. Make sure employees working conditions are safe.

Processing Questions:

1. How did you find yourself in the chosen career in relation to the expected duties
and responsibilities?

I found it when I knew what things that I love to do. Although my skills aren’t
that good for my chosen career, I am determined to pursue it. I am currently a
struggling achiever that needs help and advices. Pursuing it with the expected
duties and responsibilities will give change on how I should act as a professional
employee.

2. What/Who do you think motivates you to pursue your career goals? Can you
explain how?

The person who really motivates me to pursue these career goals is my father. He
always reminds me that I should never give up on what I want to achieve in life.
He gives advices that helps clear my thoughts and doubts since I’m not that
confident. I am blessed that this person exists in my life because he’s always
there for me, supports me and loves me. Of course I’m also thankful for others.
Lastly, it’s because I trust God that He puts me here since I have a purpose.
