KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

I, Name, aged 45 years, S/o name, with address at House no


17, Park Lane, Place name, City, State, Pin Code -*** *** now
residing at Peace Bhavan, Busy Street, City Name, State –Pin
Code, subscribing on oath, depose and state, That –

1. I am the first son of Name, aged 70 years, S/o Name


residing at House name, Place name, District, State-******,
and that I have a younger sibling by the name of NAME,
aged 40 years, now working abroad and having permanent
residence at the same address as my father and that

2. My father inherited 2 ares, 22 square meters of land by way


of Will No. 2000/1998/ executed by my grandfather NAME
in favour of my father situated in Survey No. 15/2, Re-
Survey No. 12, Sub Division number 13/2, in NAME Village,
District, State registered with the Place NAME Sub Registrar
Office and acquired another 75 square meters of land by
way of Sale Deed registered with the PLACE NAME SRO vide
registration no. 1950/2006 situated in Survey No. 13/3 in
NAME village and

3. That the same properties mentioned in clause 2 along with


a house admeasuring 900 square feet was transferred to my
only younger brother, NAME, by way of Gift Deed with Title
No. 1296/2014 registered with the PLACE SRO on 12-10-
2019 and that

4. I acknowledge Mr Name has contributed to the needs of the


family and to myself in terms of cash at various instances,
in course of my conduct of business as financial assistance
whenever I required and the amount sums up to
--------------- Rupees over a period of 10 years. Having meted
out to and still carrying on his duty of tending to the needs
off the family, out of love and compassion, my father had
transferred the above-mentioned property by way of Gift
deed to my brother and

5. I too have received my fair share of gains by way of financial
contribution, both from my father and my brother and it is
hereby expressly mentioned with gratitude that the
financial assistance done by my brother to the volume
above mentioned to me at times of my needs and I hereby
acknowledge receipt of consideration and voluntarily waive
all my rights and interests over the above-described parcel
of land, for an act of gratitude towards the love, liberality
and generosity of my brother; and that

6. I hereby take oath and affirm that I waive my rights and


interests over the above-cited parcel of land and that myself
or my descendants, legal heirs WILL NOT lay any claim
whatsoever and WILL NOT dispute, sue, harass or slander
my brother, Name with respect to the event of transfer of
property which is now in the past.

7. The above-named deponent, I Name , hereby acknowledge


this waiver made in name’s favour, and I express my
appreciation and gratefulness for the financial contribution,
love, kindness and generosity of my brother; and

8. I, Name, hereby affirm that I have voluntarily executed this


instrument out of my own free will, without force,
intimidation or violence from any person present at the time
of execution of this presents, nor anything which somehow
may vitiate my individual consent;

9. I, name, have no or no more claim or claims or demand


against Name regarding the said property;

10. I, Name, am executing this affidavit with full knowledge


of the consequences thereof, and for any legal purpose this
affidavit may serve.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

On this 23rd day of August, 2021, at Place, Mr name, aged 45


years, residing Peace Bhavan, Village, District appeared before
me, who presented this three (3)-page integrally complete
instrument or document, including this page of
acknowledgment, of which he confirmed his agreement with
the contents thereof. He has affixed his signature on every
page thereof in my presence, being fully aware of its legal
implication and consequences, and freely declared that he
executed this “waiver” as his free and voluntary act and deed.
