Physical disability is a major hindrance in the progress of a human being. I am writing to

ask for your assistance for my son VAN RASHED U. MACUNGAY 10 months ago, he had a
motorcycle accident because of the people’s negligence and the doctor advised us to cut his
leg. Unfortunately, He is so young and we want him to enjoy life, we want to prolong his
childhood with his two legs. Due to financial matters we can’t afford for any surgery and to the
