Yuki somehow got in a fight after the motive was given.

The motive
was everyone got an envelope of someones darkest secrets, but they
weren’t allowed to share whose and what secret they got, so people
were all suspecting eachother.

Someone called Yuki down to behind the stage in the gym so they
could discuss. Turns out Yuki’s dark secret was that she had
accidentally killed her own little brother once, him falling into a
boiling pot of chocolate. Yuki begged for the person not to tell
anyone, so the person made a deal. In order for him not to leak her
secret, he asks Yuki to be an accomplice in his murder. Yuki gets
mad because she doesn’t want to kill anyone anymore. The person
makes a gesture like he’s going to get out and tell everyone, at this
point, Yuki got mad and tugged on the person’s shirt, resulting in the
person falling down and hit head on a ladder, causing him to bleed.
He wasn’t dead just yet, but Yuki thought she had killed him. She
cried and apologized to what she thought was a dead body, and
thought that she wouldn’t wanna die here, so she would have to
make up a plan.
She tied the ‘dead body’ and dragged them to the school pool, and
threw them in there. It was only then that she realized, the person
wasn’t dead yet, and they were currently drowning with their eyes
open in the pool. Yuki closed her eyes and ears, drowning out the
screams, before opening them to see that the person was now, legit
dead.
She then pulled the wet corpse over to the storage area of the pool,
and closed it, hoping no one would find the body, thus, no body
discovery announcement and no trials :).
Or so she thought lol, after 3 days, no one has found the body. But
suddenly, the body discovery announcement has been made and
monokuma asked everyone to gather at the gym. Turns out we now
had to find the body, since its been long since the person had died.
They found the body in the storage, with the eyes and skin corroded
(bc of the chlorine), and there was dry blood. Yuki herself puked at
the sight of it, she didn’t like it at all. She didn’t mean to. She
convinced herself that it was his fault. The person pushed her too
far.
