A second year high school student struggling to focus in

maintaining his GPA. This GPA used to measure student performance
because the main focus in on the student performance for the
particular semester. These are two types of factors that affect
the students academic performance. This are Internal and External
factors. These factors affect the student academic performance.

As a guidance councilor I see to it that there is a positive

relationship between communication and student performance. It
includes the learning facilities, proper guidance and family
stress.

After the counseling of the said counselee there are huge impact
for her/his studying by of course taking a priority of school
learning facilities, proper guidance and also with the help of
the family.

As a counselor I’ve notice that nowadays teenagers students are

now behind in maintaining their GPA because of these: ack of
communication, lack of learning facilities, proper guidance,
students performance and also the attainment of the parents.
