RESOLUTION NO. 11 series of 2013

“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE BARANGAY PLAN OF ACTION FOR CHILDREN FOR CY
2013-2015 OF BARANGAY 4, THIS CITY.”

WHEREAS, Provincial Ordinance No. 255-2009 or Children’s Welfare Code of Agusan del Norte” declares
to give utmost attention and priority to the participation and development rights of children among its
jurisdiction;

WHEREAS, one of the duties and functions of the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC)
is to prepare the barangay plans of action for children which address the needs of children in the
community and ensure their integration into the Barangay Development Plan and implementation by
the barangay;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) of Barangay 4, submitted for
approval the Barangay Plan of Action for the Protection of Children for CY 2013-2015 for approval;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Kagawad Loida D. Salingay duly seconded by Hon. Eulalia P. Melloria, it
was;

RESOLVED, by the Barangay Council in session assembled, to pass a Resolution Approving and Adopting
the Barangay Plan of Action for the Protection of Children for CY 2013-2015 of Barangay 4, this City.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to all concerned for information and appropriate
action.
