Release Agent TM-111 SVX 3
TM- 111 SVX 3 is designed as a mould release agent for thermosetting resins.
TM- 111 SVX 3 is a mix of special waxes and synthetic resins in solvents.
It provides a durable film capable of giving excellent releases and lubrications
per application.
TM-111 SVX 3 is especially suitable for the production of Epoxy- and
Polyester pipes

Shelf life: 12 month

Application:
If a wax or silicone based release agent has been used previously, remove all
traces of previous product using cleaner such as Cl-99.

1. Apply TM-111 SVX 3 by brush or spray gun

2. Gently wipe or spray over the mandrel surface covering the whole area.
Repeat until mould is completely coated.
3. Start with production

Reapplication:
When release becomes hesitant, reapply one coat of TM-111 SVX 3 in the
same manner as described above.
