Notes:
(1) Refer detailed instruction sheet SA175 form IR000003 of inspection requirement for ideal use of this form.
(2) Random witnessing required only, unless otherwise specified by the responsible Inspection Office.
(3) One inspection sampling test for each 100 lengths of pipe produced or from each manufacturing run, whichever provides the most frequent
sampling of each class and size.
(4) The inspection sampling test shall be 10% of the offered materials for inspection.
