PDF Example

Create a new pdf from this document.

• The Filename should be your name without spaces

• The Document title should be “Your Name PDF Training Exercise”

Upload the Document to the Media Library > Training Sandbox > Documents Folder
• Double check that your filename has no spaces
• Make the name field an appropriate link name for the document. (It should end in [pdf])
• If you want to add a note about it… you may populate the description field

Link your document in the accordion content you made called Links.

(Note, the document will need to be approved by Jody before you can do this.)

• You link to documents from the WYSIWYG tab using the media icon.
• Navigate to your document in the media library and click on it
• The link will appear and will be the next you used in the name field in the Media Library
