Introduction to Arabian Pipes Company

APC is a listed company in the Saudi stock market founded on 1991 with fully paid capital of 400 Million SR.
The company Head Office is located in the 3rd industrial city in Riyadh. The company is a leading manufacturer
in the region for the carbon steel pipes used for Oil & Gas pipelines. The company has two main sites: the
ERW steel pipes factory in Riyadh and the LSAW steel pipes factory in Jubail.

APC main production lines:

1. The ERW longitudinally welded steel pipes production line in Riyadh.

2. The LSAW longitudinally welded steel pipes production in Jubail.
3. The Slitting line in Riyadh.
4. The Threading line in Riyadh.
5. The Coating line in Riyadh.

APC makes various sizes of steel pipes as per the customer requirements and according to the internationally
approved quality systems requirements such as API and ISO.

Objective
Develop a new company website that uses homepage real estate and subpages in a more
functional and modern web interface, allowing information to be easily found with rich content
resource. The website should highlight the specific attributes of APC and make it pleasing to visit.
Upon completion of the development of the site and with acceptance by the organization, the APC
will assume full responsibility of the website content, maintenance, and administration. At that time,
all website content, coding, graphics, software, and architecture will become the sole property of
APC.

Scope of Development
 Demo will be required to get Approval
 Webpages dedicated to the management and board of directors with their photos and
brief about everyone.
 Announcement of job vacancies, applying for job using fillable form and uploading CV.
 Access to Tadawul and our page in Tadawul
 APC Organization Chart
 Webpages dedicated to scope of supply, Production chart, and our products sizes and
specification
 Quality message and all certificates and approvals
 Historical data/ projects, and all related information about the company
 Videos and photos of the company to be added
 Company profile.
 Major clients
 Ability to publish latest company news/articles with pictures/video.
 Events section (Meetings, conferences, gathering, seminars)

Technical Requirement
 The website should be open source coding, preferred word press.
 Website should be responsive, compatible with all devices.
 Website should not be based on a template, but a unique design to be created for APC.
 Site map
 Add Captcha protection plugin to contact and resume upload pages.
 File uploads to should only allow specific file types, limit file size to 2mb ( can be changed)
 Rename files on uploading.
 Send email notification from contact and resume pages.
 Website must be secure
 Scanning of uploaded data using anti virus.
