SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

ADDRESS, by virtue of a Special Power of Attorney dated _____, duly notarized before

for reference;

That I was duly authorized by my sisters to sell and dispose of the real estate
property along with the improvements standing thereon left by our deceased parents
_____ covered and embraced by TCT No. XXXXX of the Registry of Deeds of _____
City, with the power to execute the proper documents thereof, and to sign for and in
their behalf as well as to receive the proceeds of the sale;

But before I could dispose of the above said real property, I was constrained to
return to Texas, USA, my place of residence;

IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, I hereby name, constitute and appoint: _____,

of legal age, Filipino, married, and residing at _____, to be my true and lawful attorney-
in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, and to do and perform the powers
granted to me by my sisters, specifically following acts and things, to wit:

To negotiate and sell the real property left by our deceased parents, _____,
including the improvement existing thereon, if any, covered and described under
Transfer Certificate of Title No. _____ of the Register of Deeds of ______,
including the power to execute and to sign for us and in our behalf the Extrajudicial
Settlement of Estate with Sale; To receive and collect the proceeds of the sale and
depositing the same in our bank accounts; To represent us with the BIR, Assessor’s
office, the Registry of Deeds and any other government agency relative in the sale of
realty with the power to request on our behalf documents necessary and in connection
thereof; And finally, to do any other acts and things and related matters concerning the
settlement of the estate with sale left by our deceased parents, located in the Brgy. of
Pampang, Angeles City including the power to execute any other documents necessary
and required in connection with the above given powers and authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all things whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, with the power to appoint a substitute, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that said attorney-in-fact and the substitute shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue of these presents.
